On Site Estate Sales
When Conducting "on site sales", we will use the location in which the property is stored, usually the residence. To determine the fair market value, we research items such as: antiques, furniture, books, fine art, and collectibles. Everything will be priced and neatly displayed. We advertise to ensure a buying crowd, conduct a 2 day sale, and leave the house empty and "broom swept". A competitive percentage rate will be charged for services rendered. Depending on location and contents, On site sales generally produce the maximum return for the estate.

Estate Clean Outs
This is a service provided, usually to prepare a residence for the Real Estate market. For a minimal fee this service includes: removal of all contents, debris, and a "broom sweep" of residence.
We can help even if your garge looks like this....
Estate Consignment
We take quality items on consignment if an on site sale is not possible. We charge a competitive percentage rate for this service as well.
